As of October 2026, Sentry hosts an official remote MCP server at mcp.sentry.dev/mcp, documented on its own site, built from the getsentry GitHub org, and listed in Anthropic's directory as Anthropic verified. It signs in with OAuth and can be scoped to one organization or project. No read-only mode is documented.
