Does Figma have an official MCP server or Claude connector?

As of October 2026, Figma publishes an official MCP server. The remote server at mcp.figma.com/mcp works with Claude, Cursor and VS Code using Figma sign-in, and a desktop variant runs locally. It reads designs and generates code, and the remote server can also write to Figma files. Free-plan and View seat usage is capped at six calls per month.
