As of October 2026, Zoho offers official MCP support: Zoho MCP, a managed hosting service at mcp.zoho.com where you pick tools across Zoho apps, plus a Zoho Books connector listed in Anthropic's directory as Anthropic verified. The server URL contains an API key you must treat like a password. Some exposed tools can delete records.

Create an MCP server in the Zoho MCP console, enable only needed tools, copy the Server URL from Connect, then in Claude add a custom connector with that URL and complete both authorization screens (Zoho MCP, then Zoho OAuth).
