As of October 2026, Claude reaches Outlook through Anthropic's Microsoft 365 connector, which needs a work or school account and admin consent; personal Outlook.com accounts are unsupported. Microsoft's own Outlook Mail and Calendar MCP servers exist but are marked legacy. Community servers cover personal accounts.
