Granola MCP server & Claude connector
Does Granola have an official MCP server or Claude connector?
Official
As of October 2026, Granola operates an official remote MCP server at mcp.granola.ai/mcp, documented on docs.granola.ai and listed in Anthropic's connector directory as Anthropic verified. It signs in with browser OAuth; there is no API-key option. It reads meeting notes and transcripts, and plan limits apply: free accounts see only 30 days of notes.

FAQ
Does Granola have an official MCP server?
Yes. Granola documents it at docs.granola.ai and hosts it at https://mcp.granola.ai/mcp.
Is Granola a Claude connector?
Yes. It is listed in Anthropic's connector directory as Anthropic verified.
Do I need a paid plan?
Granola's docs say MCP works on all plans, but free accounts only see the last 30 days of notes, and transcripts and folders are paid-only. Other Granola pages may state differently, so check your plan.
Can I use an API key?
No. Docs say there is no API key or service-account access for MCP; use OAuth, or Granola's separate API for key access.
Is it read-only?
Mostly. Tools read notes and transcripts, but switch_workspace changes the active workspace and sign_out signs the client out.
